   The story of Smart Pest Control Ltd. began on March 2, 2017, with nothing more than a small hand-carry kit, a few bait stations, and a modest Ford Fiesta. Our founder, Chetin Karadja, established the company after serving over two years as a manager in the pest control industry. Witnessing a market often driven solely by profit rather than genuine customer care, he chose to step away and build a company rooted in integrity, excellence, and a “customer-first” philosophy.

   What started with zero capital and a single bag has today grown into a premier pest control service provider, trusted by thousands of homeowners and businesses across the region.
