Smart Pest control technician, Ozgur was extremely thorough and reassuring. He was very detailed in the kitchen, plugging every hole even in the extremely hard to reach areas. He searched every room, nick and cranny, and outdoors for places of entry and plugged them as he went along. He was patient and pleasant.

Excellent service and excellent work. Highly recommended. I engaged Smart Pest Control to deal with the rats in my loft. On his 1st visit the technician found all the entry points and closed them. This fixed the problem. The previous pest control company I worked with only left the poison in the loft, which did not fix anything.

Ozzy was quite the gentleman, very composed and polite. We were able to see the squirrel in the loft, Ozzy managed to scare it out of the loft and it is now perched on the chimney on the roof.

Very clean and tidy in the work that was carried out and also advised what was going to happen and all done in a very good time despite the efforts on the day due to the weather but all was good in the end and we have been left happy, as there is no more cooing and mess.

I had a problem with squirrels in the loft, Smart Pest Control sent Ozzy to investigate the problem. Ozzy a nice friendly guy who investigated and plugged two holes.
The squirrels still got in. I contacted the firm and they sent Ozzy, this time we found how they were getting in. He plugged the hole and there have been no squirrels now for 4 weeks.
It is good that they give a 6 month warranty so if they do manage to return I can just call them.

Bed bugs issue was more or less resolved after the second treatment since we didn't have too many. After the first treatment i had to raise the issue of live bugs still being visible. The technician was late for the job and completed the treatment within 25 to 30 minutes while the suggested time was around 45 minutes. Clearly the work wasn't done properly. I informed the management team and they took care of the situation. The second treatment was way better.
I am very pleased with Smart Pest Control service. They provided three treatments for bed bugs to my HMO property, bed bugs problem solved. John at pest control have a great customer support skills, who offered 4th treatment, but not needed as my tenants said they haven't seen any bugs after 3rd treatment. Technician Umit arrived on time for every treatment. He has been very professional with his job and helpful. Smoke bombs really worked well on 2nd visit to destroy bugs. Very good service, a search of the annex roof revealed an area where squirrels could have entered and has been blocked off. Time will tell of ot has been successful.

After a previous pest control failed to block all the access points and come our for a second call out, Smart came out in 2 days after calling. They did a thorough job checking and blocking access points. Great friendly service. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Excellent service right from the first telephone call. The guy who came out was great, he couldn't do enough to make our home comfortable again. Would recommend and the 6 month guarantee is a game changer although we gladly haven't seen anything since the first visit.
All booked in fort the first visit for a restaurant, all confirmed, just waited and waited, they don’t pick up the phone, don’t answer messages, and finally when they answer they say that to run late few hours without letting me know is very normal and it may happen and he didn’t understand what was wrong with me. Awful!

You said the appointment is at 4, you said I will call the driver and you never called just send a message after saying he was coming very late. You never called in the begging saying and you were gonna be late and you never said the appointment was from 4 to 5 in any of the confirmation. It wasn’t written anywhere. Very quick to come to our house after reporting a problem, and very thorough with filling up all holes, including checking externally for entry points
Smart Pest was great they were available on short notice and came multiple times when required to fix our problem. Within 2 visits our problem had gone away completely. I still have them come over a few weeks after problem had been resolved to do a final check and cover any possible points of entry. Would definitely recommend especially Cetin!

I don't normally write reviews but I have to say I cannot rate Smart Pest Control highly enough. The guys were brilliant, got rid of my mice problem, came back a couple of times when I asked them to, for my reassurance. Very reasonable cost. Overall 5 star rating.
John is very helpful and has great customer service whenever I call. I had one of the men from the team come to my house in May and he knew what he was supposed to do. I did have to call back a few times but I’m happily and stress free to say so far from June till now it has been rodent free. I would recommend
